Shipping vary depending upon the item, most all items are FREE SHIPPING. It will state in the item description the shipping if there is a charge. Most items will ship UPS Ground. If you would like to up grade the shipping, please do email us and we will let you know what the charge is and what upgrade is available for the item you are purchasing.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
all the return policies vary, most items are returnable with customer paying return shipping. If you have a question about a specific item please email me and I will get back to you with that information.
IF ITEM NUMBER STARTS WITH KK-
All CLAIMS must be made in writing. We are not responsible for shipments once they are delivered and signed for. All returns require prior written approval and the issue of a authorization for the return. No returns will be excepted without prior authorization and written approval. All returns must be prepaid shipping in full and in a full unopened cases(must be complete with all it came with).
RETURNS are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
WARRANTY- All of our KidKraft merchandise has a 90 day replacement warranty and it covers against defects in materials and workmanship.

Damaged Item:
If an item is delivered to customer damaged you the customer can call us to get the damaged parts replaced, or the whole item if necessary.
If you the customer would not like the damaged pieces/item replaced we will either have it thrown out or if necessary issue a call tag to pick up the damaged item and issue a refund for the whole invoice.
Undamaged Item:
If the item delivered to you the customer is NOT damaged and it is still wished to be returned customer is responsible for shipping it to our warehouse address listed below. Once we receive the item back we will issue a credit for the item ONLY less a 15% restocking fee.

We hope you are enjoying your products. We certainly hope you have no problems but if you do have any problems here are here are a few things you need to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all cartons for damage or if you are short items. If you do see any visible damage make a note with driver at time of delivery. Then Call the Customer Service Center at 1-800-524-355 or Call 951-760-8734 and Guide Craft will be happy to resolve the matter. You must call within 7 days of delivery. Please have all packing slips available to you when you call.
Replacement parts-
If you need replacement parts for any item starting with GC please do email your request to orders@guidecraft.com or contact our Customer Service Department.

Prices & Return Policy:
All sales are final. Any exception to this policy must receive written approval by Levels of Discovery management, with customer responsible for both outbound and inbound freight on entire order, plus a 15% of order for re-stocking fee.
Claims:
All claims must be made within 45 days of receiving the item.
If you need to return an item that has been damaged or is defective, please call our toll-free customer service number (866-980-2536)for assistance.
If you have already assembled the item, please disassemble and repack carefully make sure all pieces and hardware are in their original packaging to avoid damage. Items that are beginning returned and get damaged due to return shipping will not be refunded/replaced.

We stand behind all of our products, unconditionally, should there be any problems. If a part is broken or damaged, we replace it immediately. We don't wait for the shipping company to check on it. We usually do not require return of broken or damaged parts. We just replace them.
If a customer decides that they don't want the bed or toy box for any reason, then returns must be within thirty days, in original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition before a credit is issued.
If the item number starts with GM-
Cancellations are possible if you contact us with in 7 calendar days at no charge except for the processing fee of $74.00. If it is after the 7 calendar days there is a 10% restocking fee and the processing fees will apply.
If the product is damaged during shipping it is fully covered. You just need to make sure that you state the damage to the delivery driver and make a note with them and replacement parts will be sent directly to you.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All Returns must be requested within 3-5 days of receipt of item. You must Re-pack the product in the original box and packaging. All returned items must be in the original condition with all packing material and assembly instructions. We will not and can not issue a full refund if any items do not meet these conditions. You must pay the return shipping do not send items COD, we will not except them.
Q: What is your policy on items damaged during shipping?
A: If damage occur during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact the delivering carrier and Little Miss Liberty at (310) 843-0900 within 3-5 days. You will be advised by an LML agent as to subsequent procedures.
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Exchanges can only be made on items of equal or greater value and must be approved by Customer Service; the restocking fee is waived on all exchanges. We can not accept any exchanges or returns on the following items: custom bedding or furniture, all sale items, holiday themed items after the holiday, any used, worn or cleaned items, and any cut yardage. Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds and/or exchanges on any items must be made within 30 days of purchase. However, damaged items must be reported within 3-5 days of receipt. Once the original item is returned and processed, your credit card account will be credited for the full amount minus a 35% restocking fee within 30 days of package being received, accepted and quality checked at our returns department.
Once the material has been ordered for a Custom Order, Client is responsible for material(s) even if the order is canceled. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of LML error.
Q: What is the warranty on your cribs?
A: Little Miss Liberty Round Crib Company agrees to repair or replace (at its discretion) any missing or defective parts within the first 30 days of ORIGINAL purchase. Little Miss Liberty reserves the right to refuse free repairs or replacement of parts damaged by retail display of the crib or user mishandling. For repair or replacement parts please contact your authorized Little Miss Liberty retailer or call 1-800-RND-CRIB toll free. Before making your call, please be prepared to provide the Round Crib model number, original purchase date, part description and proof of purchase. This guarantee applies only to original purchase.
If the Item Number starts with C-
CANCELLATION OR RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING CHARGE. IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.
